Very informal interview process, ultimately it didn't seem like they cared who they hired so long as there was someone there. I did meet the hiring manager through a personal connection so this may not have been a typical case.

Very long and tedious but seems like they are interested in you as a person. It is very competitive so make sure to really sell yourself!! Low pay for long hours....

Applied, had virtual interview (rapid-fire questions), then went into their offices for an in-person interview in March/April for Summer internship. Great experience, it felt more like a conversation and truly wasn't too intimidating. Wonderful internship program overall as well!
