The interview was process was very fast and simple (I got my job offer about 5 weeks after my initial application)! I applied for two positions through the company website and then got an email 2 weeks later for a video interview (It was an interview for a position that I had not initially applied for). After that, I got an email another 2 weeks later for a Microsoft teams interview (I spoke with 2 representatives from the team). The phone interview was brief but very friendly and personal! I got to learn more about the program and I talked about my experience (they asked "Tell me about yourself" and "What is your experience with social media;" both were very standard interview questions). A week later, I got a call announcing an offer, which I accepted. In general, the interview process was very straightforward; they're looking for candidates with experience, passion, and confidence! Put your best foot forward and, if you're the right person, you'll have a job offer in no time.
