I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at NBCUniversal (New York, NY)
Interview
The interview starts with an online interview, they give you 30 seconds to read the question and either 1 min or 2 min to answer. The questions are very straightforward behavioural questions.
Next I was invited up to the office where I had an in-person interview. It was very casual and mostly just walking through your resume. I was asked some weird questions but they were more to just see how you could think on your feet and react to a question that may seem out of the blue.
"I had a phone conversation with a recruiter, during which I was asked to provide my availability for an interview with the hiring manager the following week, only to be ghosted.
I recently completed a video interview that was primarily behavioral- in addition I received a phone interview with an HR representative. This was more about my work experience and my skill sets,
It was essentially a video cover letter. You were given the question, then had around 30 seconds to prepare your answer, and around a minute and a half to give your answer.
