Apply online, submit a video interview, phone interview. The process took a few months to complete, very formal. Be sure to always check email for updates. Expect to be called upon during hours of business, and not on weekends.

It was essentially a video cover letter. You were given the question, then had around 30 seconds to prepare your answer, and around a minute and a half to give your answer.
