Initial interview was on the phone with a recruiter from HR. Second interview was face-to-face with four managers and a trainer in the Customer Support department on site. Communication with HR was quick and complete.

Interview
The interview process was great and moved along at a good pace. Phone interview, then two video conference interviews with employees in similar positions and managers. Would not negotiate salary. Good information about benefits and salary in written offer.
