N-KOM interview questions

I am ready to interview for 11Kv substations preventive.corrective and brack down maintenance activities. I want to do smart work. so many people thye are doing hard work but useless. but I want hard work and smart works.

My interview started after 3 week of my application for the job, 1st HR contacted me then they told me about company and there work. After that they arrange 1st round of interview with the technical person, it last long for an 30min, after that my recrutment process started and I have been offered a job, after that I have done medical and after clearing medical I have got visa.
