Interview
If you are a serious candidate, I would very strong advise not wasting your time with this company. They are comically unprofessional, and their recruiting process almost comes off like a scam. I applied directly on their website, and was contacted the very next day by one of their recruiters who asked me to give a list of time I would be available to discuss the role. I gave a few times and received a confirmation from the recruiter. At the time of our scheduled call he did not reach out, so I followed up asking if it was still a good time, he said he was on another call (why would you send me an invitation for a call at a certain time knowing you are not free?) I understand things happen so we reschedule for another time. When that time comes, you guessed it, no communication from the recruiter. 8 hours later after my work day was over and realized I hadn't heard from the recruiter, I emailed asking if there was any interest in continuing to pursue me as a candidate, the recruiter responds asking if I was available to chat in 30 minutes to which I agree (at that point I just want to chat with the kind of person who is this uncommunicative yet somehow able to hold on to a job as a recruiter), we chat, and the opportunity actually sounds interesting. At the end of the call he excitedly asks me to send him a list of times I'm available to chat with their engineers (one in the US, another in Europe), immediately after the call I send this over. (You guessed it no response to that). I'm sure you're asking "if you are a serious candidate why would you even put up with this" the answer is, I shouldn't have but the whole process was so comical and interesting to me that I actually wanted to learn more. Anyway, it ended there for me. I decided to stop wasting my time with them. I've since accepted a role at a very well known company. I wanted to write this review as a warning to anyone considering Mytime, don't waste your time like I did. Please just consider other companies that are worth your time. I didn't heed the warning of others on Glassdoor, but I hope you will.
