My-Take interview questions

A quick call was followed by an exercise to be completed as well as a personality quiz. I did both, passed them along, followed up and still did not receive any reply one way or another. Feedback would have been much appreciated, but even a simple rejection email would have sufficed. Instead, they just ghosted.

Met with owner and the head of IT all seemed to go well. After they asked me to create blog as a take home assignment. I submitted the assignment heard nothing for over a week then I got an email asking what I wanted to make at this job I asked for the average wage on Glassdoor. A week and a half letter I got an email saying I wasn't chosen. The people there seemed very nice, what bothered me about them was the take home assignment. Creating a quality blog is no small task. That was kind of a red flag and I believe it's for the best I did not get the job.
