Initial phone call to phone interview with HR, then in-store interview with managers then lastly video interview including all managers and their stores at once. I can say that the thoroughness of this process was very impressive to me because they obviously wanted to make sure I was a correct fit with the company as well as the current employees in the area I was applying for. It also let me get a look at (and hear) those people as well which helped me make a decision about my career.

The interview process took about 30 minutes. Basic questions on a job interview. They told me I was interview for a different position then they tell me it's for sales. I did not want a sales job, and had no idea it was for sales.
