I saw their job posting online on a government finance website. Filled out their online application and submitted my resume electronically. They contacted me within one week. Went in for an interview-General Manager and assistant. Went over resume and experience and I was asked a few accouting questions. I knew I had the job after the interview. About a week later the GM called and offered me the job and I accepted.
