The interview was really relaxed. The manager is really nice and welcoming. I was asked about my previous musical experience as well as retail experience. I was also given a tour of the store and was shown how everything works.

Very casual experience. Regional manager and store manager who conducted the interview were thorough but enjoyable. They truly want to see you as a person, not as a rehearsed robot.
