Interview
It was very easy, I applied online and was contacted the next day. The first interview was with HR and then they asked if I would please do the next one. It could be either via Skype or in person. I interviewed on a Wednesday and the next day I was called and hired.
First call was with HR and then a meeting with exec director and regional manager. A total of 3 interviews over the course of two weeks. Job offer came within three days of last interview.

Interview
Online application through their website. Was contacted by a recruiter within one business day for phone interview. It was brief and consisted of three to four questions. Not much room to ask many questions as this point.
