I interviewed at Murdoch Childrens Research Institute
Interview
After being accepted I had a couple of times to choose from. It was online with about 6 people in it (two different labs were involved). I was asked a question by everyone after being introduced to the lab and project.
Some questions threw me for a loop and it was a little intimidating having so many people in the room.

Interview
I was informed of the time and location for the interview. When I arrived they basically pointed me to different areas for check-in (due to Coviv19) between the Children Hospital and the MCRI. After several back and forth, MCRI let me check-in. I then found my way to the interview room because there was no such thing as a reception area and no one to greet me at all, it was very close to my designated interview time. Some kind people let me in and I sat at the communal kitchen area adjacent to the interview room. When the meeting with the previous candidate finally concluded and one of the interviewer went pass the kitchen, I said hello to her and informed her of my presence. She asked, in aggressive manner (no joke) "How can you get in here?". Wow. I went through the interview under the impression that I was may be what they called a "trophy candidate". May be that's why they treated me like trash. Very harmful to job candidate.
