Interview
Interview consisted of two Teams meetings with managing director and then an onsite panel interview with three leads. The interview wasn't particularly however it immediately felt like I wasn't a culture fit regardless of my experience.

Question 1
There were typical project manager questions but one that came up a lot was around risk(s). Since it was brought up a few times I asked for an example to see where there were challenges in the process and one of the panel interviewers seem to think it was an odd question.
