Interview
The interview process felt quite slow and unorganized. The scheduling and communication lacked structure, and the overall flow of the interviews wasn’t as clear or well-defined as I would have expected. Having a more streamlined, transparent, and structured process would greatly improve the candidate experience.

Question 1
I was asked whether I had an academic background in accounting, which I do not. This was clearly stated on my resume, and it was not listed as a requirement in the job description. The expectations felt unclear, and the rejection came with generic feedback that did not reflect the actual interview. It gave the impression of being dismissed for reasons unrelated to the stated qualifications.
