Attended an online 30 minute interview with a peer director, having already completed the "company fit" interview with recruitment. It was a very quick process, I wasn't kept waiting for feedback or invitation to next stage.

What impact did your product have on your end users?
Lots of rounds, long time periods of radio silence and then sudden urgency being asked to do interviews would short warnings. Only when I had a job offer elsewhere did things move along.
