Interview
A call with the TA partner and then with the hiring manager. The interview with the hiring manager was a deep dive into experience. Unfortunately it didn't progress further due to the expectation of AI experience.
This was one of the best interview experiences I’ve had in my career.
The process was thorough and challenging, but every stage felt purposeful rather than repetitive. I met people across different levels of the business, from future peers through to senior leadership, and each conversation built on the last rather than asking the same questions again.
What stood out most was the level of preparation from the interviewers and the quality of the feedback. I was encouraged to think, reflect and demonstrate how coachable I was rather than simply provide perfect answers. The process felt like a two-way evaluation throughout.
Everyone I met was welcoming, transparent and clearly passionate about the company. The culture they described was consistent regardless of who I spoke to, which gave me a lot of confidence in the business.
Although the process was demanding, I came away from every stage having learnt something, regardless of the outcome. That’s very rare in an interview process.
Overall, a fantastic candidate experience and one I’d happily recommend to anyone considering applying.
