The interview process at Multiverse involved three stages to assess the qualifications and fit for the role. After submitting an application online, I was called for an initial video screening interview. The company was very transparent and they even screened my resume for all available roles which aligned with my experience and gave chance to reconsider it. Later I was progressed to in-person interviews and behavioural evaluations with the hiring manager. Then a take home assessment along with the presentation of the insights with other teams.
