I applied online. I interviewed at Mucci Farms (Toronto, ON)
Interview
It was really nice I felt comfortable expressing myself and probably impressed the interviewers, it was an insightful interview , I enjoyed every bit of it, I got some insights on the mode of operation of the company
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Mucci Farms (Kingsville, ON) in Jan 2023
Interview
It was fair and good. Proper questions were asked to analyze our skill related to the job. Before the interview, I was tensed, but the interviewer made sure that I was comfortable, and started the interview. Its the small things that matters.
The Ininterview was Breif...asked my previous experience...my availability and transportation status. Where I lived and have I ever worked with produce before. The very last question was when could I start.
