Interview
The only frustrating thing is that they waited a very long time to contact me after applying. Though, they explained that it was due to a human error on their part. The first interview was easy as it was a short conversation determining my fit for the role. The second interview was harder yet, simple. They requested an assignment where I had to craft an email to a stakeholder. They compensated me for that labor which showed me equity is important to them. This is a practice not many employers do when providing interview assignments.

Interview
Went over the company and their needs, then went through my background. Very conversational, but had a few formal questions ready. Lasted about a half hour and was overall very pleasant.

Interview
Short video screening call (30m), followed by an "at home" exercise. "Final" interview was a hour long panel interview with 3 staff people (via Zoom). 2 of them would be directly reporting to the position I was applying for, the 3rd was a lateral position.
During the final interview, the staff couldn't answer my questions about why the position was being hired or what they needed from someone in the position. They didn't have clear answers about the organizational strategy or other important issues.
After the final interview, I was told I would get a response within a week. It took a full month and 2 emails from me following up to finally get a reply that they weren't going to hire me. Not the best run process by any means.
