I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Move Networks
Interview
Was contacted by the company recruiter. Spoke with him on the phone and after speaking with him, he setup an interview with the team manager. I arrived 10 minutes early and there was no receptionist at the desk. After a while i noticed a sign telling visitors to pick up the phone and dial the operator. A few minutes later the recruiter came out and he was great. We talked in their conference room for 10 minutes waiting for the manager. The manager finally arrived 10 minutes late for the interview. Recruiter said he would talk with me after. The manager started by confirming I was Eric. When i told him no he looked confussed. He confirmed my email was boogie.. Nope!. At this point he realized he was looking at the wrong resume. I sent him an email copy from my phone. He went to figure out what the issue was and finally got it straightened out. 30 minutes later we were ready to start. The manager seemed very nice and really knew his stuff. If i answered a question correct, he would offer a faster way to solve the problem which was nice, but it gave a mixed response. I know i answered it correct, but since he is giving me a faster option, was his interpretation of my answer wrong? The manager never really took his attention off his laptop screen and i could not help but to feel rather ignored. I could see that he was chatting with someone using inner office chat. He checked his texts a few times and just seemed distant. I dont think he meant to be rude, i just think that he lacked conversation etiquette. After the interview was over he walked me to the recuiter and the recruiter did not need to speak with me after all, and walked me out. Outside he asked me how it went, but something just felt weird. I could not figure out what was going on around that place but it was the strangest interview i have every had. Was told I'd hear in a few days either way they decide to go. 3 weeks later and 2 followups, still no word.

Interview
Many thanks to the Human Resource staff at Move Networks for keeping me informed during the interview process. Too often when going through this process there is no information provided regarding the status of hiring for the job. It was nice to get a call from the company keeping me aware of how things were progressing and a commitment to let me know what the next steps would be.

Interview
I was contacted by an in-house recruiter and set up an interview for the next week. I ended up interviewing with the entire team in question. It was a good interview, though it became painfully obvious that they were floundering with how to go forward with the project and had no idea what they really wanted in a candidate.
I then had a fabulous interview with a different manager who knew exactly what he wanted. The interview went so well, I was sure I was going to get an offer.
I was called in for a third interview with more of the second team. It went very well.
I was then called back in for a fourth interview with the CTO. It was interesting, but ultimately pointless.
I then waited and waited and waited. I called several times. No answers. I dropped by in person. No answers. Finally, after two months, I was put on hold for several minutes and then the answer came back "we'll pass." Given the delay, I knew that was going to be the result, but given how good the second interview went and how many interviews I had, I wanted a direct and detailed response.
All but the very first and last interviews are very positive. The first and last interviews were neutral. The overall experience, however, was unprofessional and negative and left me with a very bad impression of the company.
