I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Mount Washington College (Nashua, NH) in May 2011
Interview
They start by inviting several candidates to an information seminar/interview. They explain the job and company in detail and what you would be required to do day to day. They then have a break and anyone still not interested can leave. Those remaining are given a chance to explain who they are and why they might make a good fit. After that, you go home and wait for the call. There are more interviews with the Director of Admissions and then higher up the chain.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Some out of the box questions are asked, and to anticipate what you felt they wanted to know wasn't obvious.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Mount Washington College (Manchester, NH) in Mar 2009
Interview
I wasn't asked any questions at all. The faculty member who "interviewed" me just sent me to HR to fill out paperwork. I started teaching two days later, given absolutely no training or advice.
