I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Motorola Solutions in Sep 2019
Interview
Spoke the one of the hiring managers. Didn't ask any technical questions but wanted to talk about my resume and past software experiences. I ended up speaking to two different people where one was the hiring manager and then an employee with another hiring manager listening in. Both separate phone interviews.

I applied online. I interviewed at Motorola Solutions (Toronto, ON) in Jan 2026
Interview
Phone Screen and Technical Interview where they asked basic C and C++ questions along with some white boarding exercises. The interviewers were very fair and kind throughout the process. The questions weren't leetcode style problems, but rather focused more on testing your fundamental knowledge and understanding of the languages
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Motorola Solutions (Chicago, IL)
Interview
