Fair process. It took about 8 weeks so that was long. Tough interviews but they were fair. Met with HR, engineering manager, project manager, engineer director, engineering VP. It was one full day of interviews and then they asked me to come back.

Interview
The interview process was smooth and well co-ordinated. The interviewers were all available and ready to meet. Questions asked were easy and mostly based on the current experience while trying to assess the fit with the organization. Most importantly, I got free in time to reach back after half day. All in all a good experience.

They gave a scenario on how would I prioritize my work with the tech team since they would already be over-burdened with other requirements.

This is a contractor Job, went through third party. Motoola will call for a phone interview. Then they said they will open a req for me , I waited two weeks before everything went through
