Motlow State Community College interview questions

Motlow (Smyrna campus) made the application and interview process easy. After submitting an online application I received an invitation to interview in front of a panel of five search committee members by phone and an emailed confirmation of the time, date, and location soon after. I was warmly welcomed by the committee's chair upon arrival and the interview lasted approx. 1 hour. During the interview, the committee took turns asking standard questions provided by a rubric from which they could not deviate. The committee members maintained a professional and neutral demeanor throughout and made the entire process fairly seamless.
