Had a phone interview and was brought in-house. Met with the same person twice. Didn’t have an opportunity to meet with other team members. Never heard back after the in house interview, even after a follow up email.

Entire process took about two weeks. One phone interview and one in person. The in person was over four hours and a little odd. I would recommend following your gut feeling if you get an offer from them.
