Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback. We are sorry to hear that your experience was negative.
Our sincere apology that the appointed Senior Account Manager wasn’t available to conduct the interview, it was not something we could have predicted as he was requested to attend a client’s meeting at the last minute.
In regards to the pub, I believe our team members were referring to our company’s film quiz nights which are a good way for our staff to socialise and get to know each other. These and similar events are a part of our culture and we raise the subject of team bonding and staff support in each interview we conduct.
We make a point of calling candidates in the week following interviews to provide feedback and we believe we have contacted all interviewees.
