CCO of the bank found my resume' online, I interviewed offsite in a public location with the CCO and the CFO. They went to the Board of Directors and I was approved to be hired on. Thought I was done. Had a second part of the interview to be tested on Excel spreadsheet capability (created a spreadsheet from scratch with formulas - very specific!) - Passed! Was hired on after I went back and filled out an application.

Unexpected was the second part of the interview because it was an after thought and the CCO and Underwriter was in the room and the CCO was dictating to me what he wanted on the spreadsheet and I had to create the information instantly. Did not feel pressured - they are great people. They just wanted to see that I could perform complex functions.
