Brief interview with two members of staff. Bog standard interview questions - zero follow or communication. Terrible - do not recommend. Disgusting that they do not contact you to let you know if you have or haven't got the job. Even when promised

Easy process from Application to Interview. Clear questions and friendly staff. Seems a nice place to work, if not a little stuffy in terms of the corporate look and feel. Definitely still a new company even though it’s got history. The negative part was the feedback. I knew a few (3) of the other applicants and we all received the same generic feedback email from their HR department which was lazy and also untrue - all 3 of us had leadership backgrounds and the email stated we didn’t have the right experience to lead a team, which we all did / do currently!? to be honest told me a lot about their company culture- feel I dodged a bullet!
