Interview
Positive , friendly interviewers, clear conversations, good, fantastic, great, process not too long or too short , would recommend, solving a technical challenge, pedagogical skills evaluation , transparency, straight forward
After application, you first get an assessment sent to you before the first interview, which was to create a lesson plan to present during the interview as you would to students. After successful completion, you're invited to two other interviews and another called an understudy where you shadow one of the in-house technical mentors.
