I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Morimoto NYC (New York, NY) in Apr 2017

they usually hold open houses, they give you a form to fill up and you wait to be called, however, in my case I interview with one their managers on the day of the open house and followed by interviewing with the general manager who then decided to hire me.

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Morimoto NYC (New York, NY) in Sep 2019

Interview

They had me fill out application in addition to resume. Then met with Manager who was very nice and respectful. It was the most pleasant restaurant interview yet. My advice is to wear a suit. Its over kill but I got the offer. Although I applied for a runner job, I told them that I want to move up. They seemed to like that answer
