Screening, technical interview, programming interview. Overall, it was a friendly and positive process that I feel fairly evaluated me as a candidate. Kudos to Moov for not trying to break their candidates.

Screening interview. Then a pair-programming practical designed to test knowledge on RESTful services, databases, security and architecture, debugging skills, and on communication/collaboration skills. Then a final team interview.

A very enjoyable, smooth, and quick process. The recruiter was always very responsive and knowledgeable about the company, teams, and the role. The actual interview rounds were fun and informative. You get a good feel for the teams and the company. The interviewers were kind and supportive. The technical round was very unique and felt like something you'd actually do in the role and wasn't strictly an algorithm/coding challenge type of round. In general, it felt like the interviewers wanted you to be your best self!

Some of the interview questions were standard engineering questions. But also lots of focus on how you operate as an engineer, how you work on teams, culture fit, etc.
