Interview
The process was very very very long Started with radio testing and a typing test. Then was followed by a polygraph test and a psychology exam. Took about 6 months to get hired on.

They asked repeatedly if I did drugs! Why I wanted to be there, and they gave various test! To see which ones I choose!

Interview
It was more of an interrogation. The supervisor shouted at me and called me a liar most of the time, stating that I was lying on my resume' and about my criminal/drug history. I of course was not lying but stayed calm. I was offered the job, much to my surprise.
