Moore Capital Management interview questions

I was reached out by a recruiting agency. It's a pretty long interview process, was told there was about 4-5 rounds. First round was with HR and hiring manager, just a get to know you and learn more about the role. I think I bypassed the second round. Third round was more intensive, requiring it to be on site for 3 hours, meeting 7 people from the team. I think there is a 4th round as well that is also on-site. Overall, very nice people and a positive interview experience, but felt that some of the people I met had nothing to do with the role.
