A recruiter has reached out to me about a job at Moonpig and I went ahead with it, the steps were as follows. 1: Chat with the recruiter 2: Casual chat with the Engineering Manager 3: Technical Test (I flopped here) 4: The final Interview will be about the test and some technical questions. 5: I presume this will be the offer!!! - Overall it was a good experience, I know they were unhappy with my technical test which was a bit of a shock but they have the right to that. - I agree with some of their feedback but not all of it. At the end of the day, they gave me valuable feedback that I will be using moving forward with other interviews. I did have to ask for a bit more detailed feedback as the initial one was missing the specifics.
