The interview was comprised of 2 rounds: the first round was online, and the second round was an in-person meeting. Since I live abroad, they invited me to their SG office for the 2nd interview (no transportation reimbursement/allowance) because I was told that the boss would like to meet me. a few weeks after the interview, they offered me the role and told me to prepare my documents and personal details for the foreign work pass application. however, after several back and forths, the boss realized that the minimum salary qualification was out of their budget and would like to cancel the offer, which I find very unprofessional. as an employer, you should already do your own research about the eligibility criteria before hiring a foreigner. not only did it waste my time + effort, but also my transportation money to travel to SG. however, after reading all the reviews here, I find it a blessing in disguise that they canceled my offer.
