Very fast overall. The interview process was straightforward and efficient. I had a single 30-minute interview that focused on my background, why I was interested, and if I knew how to use some tools. There weren’t multiple rounds or long gaps between steps, which I really appreciated. I heard back within a week with an offer, and communication throughout the process was clear and timely.

Interview
Somewhat long process with four interviews: screening, technical, technical/behavioral, and behavioral. The technical challenges are not difficult but they ask a lot of questions and dig deep on your answers during the behavioral ones.

Interview
Pros: Upfront with expectations and communication on timelines, interview process and parties involved. One interviewer provided some interesting perspective and dialogue in the process. There was transparency into the business struggle areas and what would be focused on tracking and fixing for the company.
Cons: Interview process was overly long for no substantial reasons. There was a consistent generic level of interviewing that would better be served by a panel style. I think they struggle with hiring and evaluating talent based on my impressions of their retention, Glassdoor reviews, and discussions of sales performance as a company concern. The canned rejection response for people who invested many hours in the interview process is disrespectful and unprofessional. Overall, I had higher expectations for the financial and business acumen of team leadership or senior level team members.
