Mono Software interview questions

They send you a take-home test via email without having anyone speak with you in person. They want you to write a test plan and report issues for a website with a tons of functionalities and they want you to check everything in all available web browsers. Basically, they give you an unpaid full-time job that lasts for one week. Unless you're unemployed or a student it's impossible to check everything. In the end, they nitpick some minor and irrelevant details and reject your 30-page long test plan. They're simply abusing interview candidates and using them as free workforce. Avoid them at all cost.
