This position has come open for Monnit several times over the last 3 years. As I learned - - you will not really be able to direct the sales team. You'll simply be a span-breaker between the president and the sales team. The president's management style is archaic - you'll be taking roll every day. If the pres steps out of his office and feels like the sales team isn't working he reacts. He has put the sales team in what feels like a penalty box outside his office. Quality control on product is very poor. You'll be dealing with quality issues right out of the gate.
