The interview process was extremely thorough and professional. Evin was extremely proactive in keeping me updated on the process and next stages.
The interviews were very personal and but casual enough to put me at ease and allow me show the best side of myself.
The challenge interview was well planned out with plenty or guidance on preparation, and the session with Nikolai was really beneficial to help me put the presentation in context.
Overall I felt that all my skills were considered to help the hiring team make their decision. This was reassuring as I felt confident going into the role knowing in was positioned to succeed.
The vibe and culture of the company was very evident during the process which really resonated with me and made the decision of accepting the position an easy one.

2. Hiring manager interview that was quite conversational.
3. Peer interview with a short case study.
4. Panel presentation interview that included presenting a deck and demoing MongoDB Atlas.

The process felt daunting when first laid out, but I genuinely appreciated each step, as it gave me a chance to meet more team members and get a sense of the culture while also learning more about the product. I felt each interviewer was rooting for me to succeed, they made it an incredibly positive experience.
