Interview
7 rounds of interviews including multiple meetings with the hiring manager and sales leadership, a technical screen, a panel presentation and a final take-home technical project. All of this in addition to an hour long online profile assessment test that resembled taking the SATs.
Made it all the way to the last step and then ghosted. Recently saw the same job re-posted again on multiple boards.

Process was clear and steps were clarified along the way. Very positive experience with the team involved in the interview process. The environment and technical challenges were different than my current job role in positive ways. I do not believe I hit the right skills in key areas to advance in the process to the final interview and offer phase.
Transparent, and not too much hard. Asked about customer experiences, motivation to mongodb, dbs, differences beetween DB engines, related experiences. Design and describe an Airport control tower application architecture flow. DBs, db engine type, replication, high availability, consistency, APIs, etc
