rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was unacceptable and disrespectful. During the interview, the hiring manager stated that his primary motivation for working there was money, and he boasted about how much he had earned. When I asked him what motivated him, I got the impression that if I had answered the same, I wouldn't have stood a chance. He also mentioned that they were specifically looking for a woman to fill the role for diversity purposes and had been unsuccessful so far. He made some inappropriate and racially insensitive comments, referring to certain clients in a derogatory way. Despite my professional background with seven years of experience, I was criticized for the questions I asked during the interview. HR never followed up with me afterward. This was a deeply uncomfortable experience, and I hope no one else has to go through something like this."

Process is 7 steps. It is very challenging and time intensive but very rewarding when you get accepted. The communication throughout was very professional and I knew what each step had in store for me.

Interview process was extremely challenging but very worth the time and effort. MongoDB impressed me the way they vet out each candidate to make sure they find the right person for the specific role they interview for to set that person and the company up for success.
