Behavioral interview few days after applying, basic background and behavioral questions and overview of the program. 2 weeks later got an email I wouldn't be moving on to the next interview

It was like 3 rounds, 1st round was with recruiter, pretty chill just phone call talking about why mongo etc. Second was with a person from their team, mostly behavioral but also some conceptual about how you would define analytics and then use them. And then final multi round panel with coding, case study, and behavioral.
