Graduate role - got invited for a HR screening. Interviewer was asking questions off a script yet still there was practically no structure to the interview. Felt questions really weren't suited for a grad role. Didn't get the chance to say anything I prepared for. Didn't pass the screening although I have internship experience with databases? Not sure what they're looking for.
