It was a straight forward interview.two technical rounds .one managerial.one with director and then one with regional head.all we're almost an hr long.not too difficult but fairly straightforward to check if you align with the role or not.

The process is worst. They send junior people 2-5 years experience to interview 10+ years of experience candidates and they are not even technical. Also, all the interviewers are from the same region of India which makes you question they are only hiring their relatives and friends. Totally unethicaland unprofessional panel and Hr. People should avoid interviewing with Mongodb until they get good people particularly in India. They even ask you to cheat and make a project for them even by taking help from your current colleagues. Feels like a scam , so save your time and apply to other good companies. Even TCS would be better than this crap

Why Kafka cannot handle load?( They don't know that it can?

Interview
Fair enought, many question about data strucure, algoritms, project chalenges. Everone were very friendly, always respecting the candidate. HR was always explaning the process, steps, expectations. Looks like a company with a good culture to work with.
