I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Molina Healthcare in Mar 2018
Interview
First - had very short phone screening with recruiter. Asked for clarification regarding qualifications on resume. Shared I should be prepared to speak more explicitly about: MS Excel, Access, NCQA and CMS knowledge and skills. HR Recruiter was very pleasant and down to earth. Then scheduled for sit down interview with 3 VP in the department. VP's were likewise down to earth and helped to make the interview less stressful.

Interview
Grueling 3 month process, involving 3 interviews (not including the screening), only to be rejected in the end. I wasn't informed until I saw the same position reposted and applied to that to see what would happen. I had a positive opinion of this organizing until this experience.
