Mohawk Opportunities interview questions

I received an email from HR, we then set up a phone screening. She called the next day to set up an interview. I had an interview with a manager later that week which lasted an hour and a half. HR then requested my references and driving records. A few weeks later I was told they offered the position to someone else.
