Three step interview process via video phone interview. Interviewee was very nice, but the offer rate was way too low. Basically lower than minimum wage for FT hours. I did a video interview first then was going to get passed to the Manager in my region. At that point, I declined the second interview. Be prepared to answer general interview questions and come with some knowledge of interior design. There was a project during this time too. A bit time consuming, but fun.
