First Phone Screening Interview had 5 questions. All the questions were relatively easy. They explained about the frequent travel required for the job. Must be committed for 2 years on contract.

Interview
The hiring process was very fast and I really enjoyed my technical recruiter. She really made sure I was equipped to succeed. There was only two interviews for me. Both using Skype, the first interview was a technical coding interview and the second one was with HR.
The coding interview was 40 minutes. Half was programming and the second half was technical background.

OOP related questions that all developers should know. Live coding which was fun and exciting! A few questions that related to memory based issues in software. There was also some database related questions that made me think a bit.

Interview
Asked simple questions relating to software development. Even if you miss 30% of them, you still get the offer. After that, the next interview was a simple programming interview where they asked me to write to python scripts and tell them the runtime of them.
