Mobalytics interview questions

I was initially contacted by Mobalytics for an interview after applying for a Video Creator position creating content for the Mobalystics YouTube channel. I had two interviews with the company. On the 2nd interview I was asked to complete a video task that I would be compensated for. I spent time and resources producing a high quality video recording with voiceover and game capture. I communicated on discord with the interviewer over several days and received feedback rounds which I did further work to implement the changes. The total task time was at least 8 hours over a week. I then had a third call with the same interviewer who said he was happy with my work on the trial video and would ring me in a few days to finalise a contract, salary and offer. After this, radio silence. I followed up several times via email and discord with no reply regarding the status of my application, or compensation as promised for the trial work I completed. The entire process took several weeks and ended up being a complete waste of my time. My experience with the Mobalytics hiring process was very poor. I believe it is common courtesy to let candidates know if they were not selected for a position. If you are completing trial work for them, beware of compensation offers. They did not follow through on their agreement with me.
